EZ-CASE™ SYSTEM
Our EZ-Case™ System is the perfect easy-to-assemble solution for those light duty needs. Its mostly rivet-less design, utilizing surface-mount hardware, makes EZ-Case™ the perfect option where protection is needed without the full-blown road case scenario.
Cases are built from 1/4" case walls (plywood or composite material), lightweight extrusion, and special corner fittings that link together with the extrusions. Structural adhesive, or epoxy, is used in the extrusion channels and at corner junctions in place of rivets. Other hardware such as handles, latches, hinges, etc. will still require rivets.
*NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CASES WITH OVERALL DIMENSIONS (L+W +D) OVER 90" OR ANY DIMENSION OVER 36". MAXIMUM INTERNAL CONTENTS WEIGHT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 30 POUNDS
